Develop and implement high-quality courses that align with departmental and institutional outcomes. Design and deliver effective instructional materials. Evaluate and assess student learning outcomes. Serve on departmental and college-wide committees. Engage in community outreach and partnerships to promote the mission of the institution. Maintain accurate records and reports related to student enrollment, grades, etc. Participate in departmental and college-wide decision-making processes, including program review and strategic planning. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching, service skills, and to stay up to date in the field. Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment that promotes student learning. Provide timely and effective communication. Maintain regular office hours. Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the department or administration.
