Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work from 8:30am – 4:30pm the weeks of July 7-11, July 14-18, and July 21-25
  • Work with faculty to host 75 (8th – 12th grade) students working in groups of 25 in one of 3 available fields: Chemistry, Biology, or Art
  • Facilitate community within the classroom
  • Assist leading engaging activities
  • Help students accomplish tasks related to the camp objectives
  • Maintain student confidentiality

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Confident in their ability to help 8th – 12th grade students in Chemistry, Biology, or Art projects
  • Strong communicators
  • Patient and compassionate
  • Able to lead by example

Minimum Qualification:
Applicants must be a currently-enrolled graduate or undergraduate student at AUM with a strong work ethic
