Clinic Administrator Mobile Health

Position Summary

Summary: The Clinic Administrator Mobile Health provides leadership and business management for directing the day-to-day operations of the mobile health clinic practice including but not limited to quality assurance and patient care, financial management, physician relations, safety, risk management, recruiting and hiring of staff, equipment maintenance and inventory, and other required duties that may arise during the general operations of the practice. The Clinic Administrator Mobile Health works collaboratively under the direction of the Medical Director(s) and other leadership team members to ensure proper management, oversight, and strategic planning for the practice.

Pay Range

The compensation for this appointment will range from $100,000 – $120,000 annually and reflects what California Baptist University reasonably expects to pay for this faculty appointment. Actual compensation may vary based on the qualifications and experience of the applicant, as well as market conditions. In addition to wages, CBU offers a robust suite of employee benefits.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS :
A. A master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or other related field from an accredited university.
B. Administrative experience with mobile health or outpatient ambulatory clinical practice.
C. Demonstrated leadership experience in academic nursing programs and complex organizations.
D. Three years of college/university teaching including a minimum of two years in an accredited higher degree nursing program.
E. Experience with curriculum development, program assessment, and oversight of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
F. Experience with data analysis of program outcomes measurements.
G. Demonstrated experience in developing clinical practice partnerships with external constituencies and grant writing.
H. Administrative experience with clinical affiliations, regulatory practice requirements, and accreditation standards.
I. Evidence of teaching effectiveness and scholarship.
J. Unencumbered active California registered nurse license.

Teaching Responsibilities

ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
A. Fulfills teaching assignments as determined by academic contract.
B. Fulfills faculty responsibilities as outlined in the University faculty handbook.
C. Demonstrates and leads in a commitment to the integration of faith and learning.
D. Demonstrates and leads in a commitment to the utilization of technology in instruction.
E. Demonstrates scholarship through presentations, papers, publications, and other professional activities.
