Associate Vice President for Facilities and Real Estate Development

The Associate Vice President for Facilities and Real Estate Development (AVPF&RED) is the senior University facilities staff member reporting to the Vice President for Facilities and Auxiliary Services (VPF&AS). Through the University’s outsourced contractor, the incumbent directly manages planning, implementation and administration of the care and upkeep of all existing physical facilities at the University’s New Jersey campuses within available resources. Manages real estate development, acquisition, and disposition in accordance with an established master plan. Plans, manages and implements capital projects as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Facilities and Auxiliary Services.
